Orders and Payment

Placing an order is a simple three-step process. First, navigate to the food order section. Add your chosen items to the basket. Then, log in to your account, enter the order details and delivery address, and submit your order. It's that easy!
You have the option to pay online using mobile or credit cards, or you can pay with cash or a bank card upon delivery.
After adding items to your cart, you can apply your promotion and coupon codes on the order details page.

Time and Delivery Questions

After placing an order, you can check its status and track the exact delivery time through the mobile app or website.
For orders picked up at the restaurant, preparation typically takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Terms and Conditions

If an item sells out while you're placing your order, we'll contact you. You can choose an alternative item, or we'll refund the amount for the sold-out item.
